I’m going to leave a 2 star here because Noah was at least nice while he punched us in the wallet. We were quoted $280 for the total repair. 20 minutes after quote, Noah comes skipping out of the bathroom and billed us $532! After a quick talk with the office manager, I realized the technician (Noah) had bumped every charge. They offered to refund us $100 dollar if Delta sent us the correct replacement part for the drip in the shower. However, Delta has yet to do their job correctly either. So know this, whatever they tell you in one breath, will cost you over $200 more when they’re done with the work. To this day I have not received a detailed bill of what I was charged, only a verbal. They got paid and didn’t care beyond that. Oh, and you’re gonna love the new look. Nice white handle. I blame Delta for sending the wrong part and these goobers just going with it. Thanks Jimmy’s, thanks Delta. It was a colossal fail.

We have had Jimmy's out two times recently, once to fix a water line break in our back yard and once to work on a toilet's plumbing. Both times Toby and Vince were the plumbers who came and they are great. They do the work as quickly as possible and make sure that the work is done right. For the 2nd job, I had called at 6 pm on a Thursday night expecting to get an answering machine, yet Charles, the owner answered the call and told me that he would put me on the schedule for Friday. It was super customer service. Jimmy's is probably not going to be the cheapest plumber, but I feel that the money I pay them is worthwhile as I know the job I need done will be done correctly. I am so happy to have a plumbing company who has terrific people working for them that I can trust!

The guys were friendly, professional and quick. They were patient and kind about all of my very loud & talkative puppy dogs as well. I am very happy and satisfied with the whole experience, from beginning to end. God bless all of you at Jimmy's Plumbing and Repair. Sincerely, Anita

Torin and Dylan called bright and early to let me know they were on their way. I had a few things needing done, we went over those and they went to work. I am very happy with those gentlemen and their attention to detail in their work. Quality professional job!!

Don't waste your time with this company unless you want to be charged for driving time from another city and overcharged $150 with no explanation... Sad, and when they took toilet up they didn't even put it on a towel they just laid it directly on the floor which is extremely unprofessional.. Oh yeh...I they also to use my 2 beach towels that were laying on the floor to clean up the existing dirt on floor.. I told them "no", because I actually use those as towels.. How disrespectful to even ask a customer to use their own Linens.. the only reason I had put them down there in the first place was to catch any small bits of water.. I would not recommend this company..!!! Sad days we're in now..! Companies don't care anymore.. They just want your money .!🥴🫤

Noah and Bom came and replaced our toliet it was leaking bad.We got a new one they put it in and they were both very courteous and done a fantastic job. I would highly recommended them if you need a plumber.. Jimmys plumbing done a great job for us and will use them again.

Noah called first. Then he arrived in a timely matter. When he completed checking my backflow he arrived to tell me that he was finished. Very efficient and polite.

Danny and Bom changed the commode and did a great job have used Jimmy’s 3 times now every time have did a great job. If I need any plumbing work done they are the ones I will call.
